Escrows do not close themselves!  Our professional Realtors® work long hours in the daily tracking and monitoring as well as the organization and coordination of all of the integral parts of the transaction.  This includes everything from the initial inspections, appraisal, and to the numerous legal disclosures to the transfer of title.  Timing is critical to meet these deadlines.
